Questions
Does it work with any Klaviyo account?
Yes. Connect through Klaviyo's official OAuth flow or a private API key with the scopes we list, and we create images, templates and draft campaigns through Klaviyo's public API. Nothing is sent without you clicking Create.
Will my email look right in Outlook and Gmail?
The HTML is a plain table layout with the patterns those clients need — fixed-width MSO wrappers, block images, a mobile media query. No JavaScript, no web fonts, no surprises.
What counts as an export?
One Klaviyo push (template, or template + campaign) or one ZIP download. Re-pushing the same project after edits counts again. Slicing and reviewing are always free.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes, on every plan. Add an OpenAI or Anthropic key in Settings → AI and alt text runs on your account instead of the built-in quota.
What about other ESPs?
Download the ZIP: it has the sliced images, an index.html with relative paths and a manifest. Paste it into any HTML editor.
Is my design stored?
Your original and working images live in a private bucket; sliced images are served from a public CDN path so Klaviyo can fetch them. You can delete a project at any time, and Free-plan history is kept for 30 days.
